Fabulous post. I always enjoy reading about other people's mistake, so I don't have to make them.

Hi,

I have just completed a summary of all the tips here: http://dfinitive.com/blog/blogging/32-common-mistakes-that-can-kill-your...

It should save everyone having to wade through 48 posts, but all the links are there just in case you want to. :)

That's a nice list Julian, but I wouldn't say it includes all of the tips. Mine is missing, and I only see links to 39 of the 48 blogs...

Excellent post! There's so much to chew on! Where to start? Having just migrated from Blogger to Wordpress I'm particularly excited to read about ways to leverage Wordpress functionality. I see that quite a few of the writers use Wordpress as well.

Indeed a great list of posts that will teach you what to stay away from.

BTW, the site the fist link points to is messed up (there is no text/content)

Thanks.  The first link looks OK to me, it must have been a temporary outage.

I agree, I would rather learn from others mistakes.

Good resource. I do like experimenting though and finding out things on my own computer wise. Outside of that, just don't get drunk in Tijuana and pass out in the street. You will end up with a limp and your organs wind up on eBay.

if you didnt make any mistake then you did nothing in your life.
